Czech Tour stages appear on Rouvy every year, and 2025 is no exception. What was exceptional, though, was the race itself: the biggest pro stage race in Czechia traversed the entire country for the first time. The team presentation and Stage 1 start lit up Prague, before the peloton rolled to Karlovy Vary. Stage 2 linked Pardubice with the iconic summit of Dlouhé Stráně, Stage 3—tailor-made for sprinters—ran from Prostějov to Ostrava, and the unforgettable finale saw riders climb from Kroměříž to the mountaintop finish on Pustevny.

- Stage 1: 36 km / 363 m ascent - sprint finish on Divadelní Square, Karlovy Vary
- Stage 2: 23.4 km / 922 m ascent - summit finish on Dlouhé Stráně
- Stage 3: 38 km / 214 m ascent - sprint finish on Masaryk Square, Ostrava
- Stage 4: 38.85 km / 802 m ascent - the legendary climb to Pustevny
