August swaps Netcompany INEOS for Pinarello Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team after overall Czech Tour victory
Twenty-year-old Andrew August was one of the standout riders at this year’s Czech Tour. The American talent, riding for Netcompany INEOS Cycling Team, won the stages finishing at Ještěd and Dlouhé Stráně. His two stage victories gave him a decisive lead in the general classification, which he held on to all the way to the finish of the final stage. In addition to the overall title, August also claimed the green jersey as winner of the points classification and the white jersey as the best young rider. Following a breakthrough season, he will now move to Pinarello Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team.
Sheehan joins Netcompany INEOS Cycling Team

Riley Sheehan will also be changing teams after winning the opening stage of this year’s Czech Tour. The 26-year-old American has signed a two-year deal with Netcompany INEOS Cycling Team. Sheehan first made a name for himself in 2023, when he won the prestigious French one-day race Paris-Tours, becoming the first American rider in history to win the event.
This year, he added victory at the Circuit de Wallonie to his palmarès. Sheehan is expected to strengthen the team’s spring Classics squad in particular, while also playing a role in other races throughout the season.
Fancellu’s Pustevny victory opens the door to the WorldTour

Completing the trio is Alessandro Fancellu, who delivered the strongest performance on the final climb to Pustevny in the closing stage of the Czech Tour. The Italian climber capped off an impressive race after finishing second behind August on two previous occasions.
Fancellu rode for MBH Bank CSB Telecom Fort during the 2026 season. He will now wear the colours of Team Jayco AlUla, having signed a two-year contract with the Australian outfit. The move opens the door to the WorldTour, the highest level of professional road cycling.
