The final stage is very unpredictable. If the differences in the overall standings are not dramatic, especially the circuits in Šternberk can easily turn the battle for the new king of the Czech Tour around. The cobbles section can do a lot of damage. In addition, the elevation gain combined with the previous three days will exceed nine thousand altitude meters. So it will depend on the mood. It can be an easy defense of the lead from the royal stages or the addition of additional seconds as a hallmark of an exceptional victory, but it can also be a difficult defense with the wish that the Czech Tour is already at the finish line.
Start:
Šumperk (nám. Svobody)
The mountain ridges rising in the north will tell you why Šumperk is called the gate of the Jeseníky Mountains. Stroll through the historic center, see the Dominican convent with the Baroque Church of the Annunciation, the remains of the walls, the Museum of National History and the Geschader House with a witch's exhibition!
Finish:
Šternberk (Radniční street)
Sternberk, a town with a castle, an Augustinian monastery and a nice historic center with a number of town houses, has been the venue for international car racing on the famous Ecce Homo track for more than a hundred years. In addition to the puppet museum, see the Exposition of Time, the only one of its kind in the Czech Republic!
